Employment Application Method
1. Individual Application: Please integrate all materials specified below into a single PDF document named as follows: “Full Name + Institution to be applied to + Position to be applied to”, and send it to the email addresses of the relevant teaching and research institutions and local research institutes
(1) Detailed Resume: continuous learning and working experiences from undergraduate studies to the date of application, list of published papers and authored works, major teaching and research achievements, research projects undertaken, patents, and awards, etc.
(2) Future Research Plan: research work proposed to be conducted in the future.
(3) Three representative publications.
(4) Two letters of recommendation from subject matter experts.
2. After recruiting institutions have reviewed the recommended candidates, HIT will arrange evaluation, examination and employment. Candidates who are offered positions are generally expected to complete the employment formalities within six months from the date of approval by HIT. If the pre-employment medical examination or other examination is not qualified, corresponding employment qualification will be revoked.
3. Any of the following circumstances will result in revocation of the employment qualifications:
(1) Current year graduates from regular universities are unable to provide valid graduation certificates or degree certificates (for degrees obtained overseas or abroad, a degree certification from the Ministry of Education must be provided).
(2) It is discovered that a candidate does not meet the basic eligibility criteria or has provided false information.
(3) The candidates have a criminal record, have been subject to disciplinary action, cannot work full time, or are unable to transfer their HR documents, and other circumstances.
